With the task of cooking, came a need to have recipes that can be prepared easily and quickly.  This is a personal collection of some easy to prepare foods that have great flavor.  There is no attempt to accommodate any special diets or to try to maintain a low-fat or health food regimen.  The goal was to have tasty food that could be prepared quickly.
